I love how the holidays often bring families together, even from opposite sides of the country, to celebrate and build everlasting memories. It is fun to meet grandparents, siblings, and often grandchildren that are getting to spend a special vacation together. For me, being there to capture these sweet memories that they can keep and look back on, is so very rewarding.....even if it means getting out in the cold of Montana December to do it.
The Torgerson family gathered together from opposite sides of the country this Christmas and it was great getting to meet all of them and capture this time. This being the first Christmas for the youngest member of the family must have been so much fun for all the adults in the house. They wanted to capture the heart of Bigfork a bit so we met downtown for their winter family portrait session. It took a bit of bouncing in and out of cars to keep everyone warm but we had a great time checking out the winter views of the old electric building, the wild mile, and our iconic downtown bridge.
Thank you Torgerson Family for having me and I hope to see you all again soon!
xoxo Shawna
