This session with Bigfork High School senior, Meredith B, was epic. Glacier National Park is such an important location to Meredith so we knew we wanted to go on a big adventure there....we definitely did. We battled rain clouds and showers here and there, but for the most part every where we went our timing was perfect. The fresh rain storms gave way to the most amazing light and color pop every which way we turned, and the saturation on the mountains was something I had not seen up there for a while. From cascades to cedar filled woods, meadows and giant mountain views, her session had it all.
Meredith has the sweetest most genuine personality and is so fun and unique. I absolutely love her style and that she wanted to get outside the box for her session; from what locations we went to and what she wanted to wear, down to specific ideas and props she wanted to bring. Her boho style was perfect among the withered bear grass in Big Bend and her chill California style with her long board was perfect for riding down the middle of the Going to the Sun Road.... please know we were super careful for this part, I promise.
Our last location we waited a while to get and I am so glad we did. I enjoyed snacking in the car and cranking the heater but when the clouds broke to show off the most amazing sunset; I was so thankful we waited for the perfect moment.
Mer, thank you so much for dreaming big for your senior portraits and sticking out the storms with me. It was so much fun capturing you in this beautiful place that you love so much. See you soon!!
xoxo, Shawna
